Thomas J. Zacharkevics                                                                                                                                           Non-Executive Chairman
                                                                                                                                                                                   Mr. Zacharkevics is the Non-Executive Chairman and lead founder of Secureant. His responsibilities as lead executive of the management team is to guide Secureant strategically in government and commercial sector operations.  He oversees all the operational aspects involved in running the company, which includes project planning and development delivery, sales and market research and has overall responsibility for the company which involves engineering and controlling the company's current growth into multiple markets.

Mr. Zacharkevics has been involved with the IT industry since 1987 serving in high level business activities for top 20 companies within the commercial and government IT sector. Mr. Zacharkevics held critical positions at Inacom Government Systems and at Cable & Wireless (one of the largest & successful telecom companies in the world), he was a strategic business development director for Global Markets. Mr. Zacharkevics has served to this day as a key management component at various organizations in obtaining more than $2 billion in contracts within his career.

Mr. Zacharkevics went to the University of Maryland and George Mason Univeristy studying computer science and business administration and is an elected member of the Who’s Who of Information Technology.

Bruce Morton
Vice Chairman

Mr. Morton serves as a Principal of Capture Management for Booz Allex Hamillton within the the defense industry.  Bruce also served previously as Executive Capture Manager at Mantech International.  Beforehand, he served as the Principal Consultant for Lohfeld Consulting Group, where he was responsible for providing Capture Management, Proposal Management, and business development support for clients such as Federal contractors and the US government. He also served as Vice President of Capture Management at CACI, responsible for leading large capture opportunities, as well as participating in major Color Team Reviews. At Titan Systems, Mr. Morton was Director of Corporate Capture Management, responsible for establishing and implementing a corporate-wide Capture Management process, mentoring Capture Managers, and leading major Color Team Reviews.

Within Lockheed Martin, Mr. Morton has served as Senior Manager, Department of Defense (DoD) Business Development for Lockheed Martin Information Technology, responsible for identifying and winning new business involving large (DoD) information networks and systems; Director, Government Business Development, for Lockheed Martin Global Telecommunications, responsible for identifying and winning new business involving terrestrial and satellite communication networks; and Manager of Business Development for Lockheed Martin Management & Data Systems, responsible for identifying and winning new business in Information Operations, Information Assurance, and C4I Systems (Command & Control, Communications, Computer, and Intelligence Systems). He has also held prior positions as Manager of Strategic Planning at Lockheed Martin and Rockwell International.  He spent his early career as a System Design Engineer at General Electric Aerospace, designing spacecraft and re-entry systems. He has authored and presented numerous conference presentations and proprietary papers, with recent topics including Information Warfare, Information Security, Data Mining, and High Performance Computing.

Mr. Morton has been the recipient of several awards, including Pioneer in Space Reconnaissance and Recovery from the National Reconnaissance Office.  He holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from New York Univeristy.

Concurrently, Mr. Morton is an adjuct Professor at George Washington University teaching graduate level courses in Information Security and Management Information Systems.

Dr. Christopher V. Feudo                                                                                                                                    President & CEO

Dr. Feudo is the President & CEO of Secureant.  He is a recognized leader in Information Assurance and Advanced Information Technologies.  He has over 30 years of diversified experience and success in management, leadership, information systems and telecommunications engineering, and Information Assurance for Government and Commercial Systems. He is the President and CEO of UREdge Security Solutions, a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Previously, he was Vice President for Edgewater Federal Solutions. Prior, Chris was the Director of Security and Privacy Professional Services, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), providing end-to-end security capabilities. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland and the George Washington University, teaching graduate computer security courses since 1993.  He is also on the Board of Directors, and a Trustee at the University of Fairfax, focusing on CyberSecurity.  He was also a Senior Manager of Business Development with Lockheed Martin Corporation for Information Assurance and C4I operations.

Chris retired from the US Army in Aug 1995 where he served in Airborne, Ranger and Special Forces Units, culminating his career as a professor and Program Manager at the Defense Systems Management College at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. He is a published author, accomplished speaker and presenter, and has been the Chairman of numerous committees to include the Internet Widespread Outage Committee within the President’s National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee, and was presented Vice President Gore’s Hammer Award. 

He is a 1972 graduate of the United States Military Academy, West Point, a 1985 Master of Science graduate of the Naval Postgraduate School, and in 1994 received his Doctorate of Science from the George Washington University.

His dissertation for his Doctor of Science was producing the first malicious virus implanted in a wireless device via radio frequency.

Before joining Secureant, Dr. Feudo was honored after much intensive investigation to be one of four White House Presidential candidates for the position of Assistant Secretary of Cybersecurity & Telecommunications at the Department of Homeland Security.

Edmund Zacharkevics Jr.                                                                                                                                   Strategic Business Development Manager

Ed has a solid track record of helping customers derive value with their technology investments.  He brings over 25+ years of industry experience.  He aides in the strategy for Secureant within the government and commercial sectors providing guidance on how customers can combine their needs and Secureant’s technology.          
                                                           
At the beginning of his career, Ed was instrumental for the U.S. Navy legislative affairs and legal office, where he was instrumental engaging with the Department of Defense and U.S. Congress.  At Management Centre Europe, the International headquarters for the American Management Association, Ed led to the construction of modernizing the global integration of the company's technology infrastructure.  Ed has spoken at many technology conferences on issues such as finance, technology and obtaining value from investments.              
                                                                                   
At Computer Associates, he served as a Vice President advising customers on their technology investments, software engineering integration, business processes, architectual solutions and cost-effective planning.  After 4 years at IBM as a software architect, Ed joined the Secureant team.                                                                                                                              
His thoughtful insight on strategy has elevated Secureant to where it is today with government and commercial contracts.
